Is Vireya free?
Yes — Vireya's core features are free to use. We may add optional premium features down the line, but diagnosing and caring for your plants costs nothing to start.
How does the diagnosis work?
You take two photos — one of the whole plant, one close-up of the problem area — and answer a few quick questions about watering, light and the pot. Dr. Vireya uses all of it to give you an honest, clear assessment after a short analysis.
Isn't this just another plant identifier?
No. Naming a plant is the easy part. Vireya focuses on your plant's health — what's wrong, why, and how to fix it — and then tracks its recovery over time.
Can I trust the diagnosis?
Vireya is honest by design: it only reports what it can actually see, shows how confident it is, and tells you when your plant is simply healthy. It's a thoughtful companion for plant lovers — but for rare or precious plants, it's no substitute for a professional.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. Your plants, photos and history stay on your phone. The photos you submit for a diagnosis are processed to generate your result and then discarded — never kept on our servers. You can delete any plant, or your whole account and local data, at any time.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Vireya works right away with an anonymous profile. Signing in with Apple, Google or email is optional — it just lets you keep your account.
What languages does Vireya speak?
Turkish and English, fully — and you can switch between them anytime.
When will Vireya be available?
Vireya is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone. This site is the best place to keep an eye out for the launch.
How do reminders work?
They're gentle and optional. Instead of barking “water now,” Vireya nudges you to feel the soil and decide for yourself, with timing tuned to each plant, pot and season.
